A Ghanaian guy who is on social media bragging about paying for the statue of President Akufo-Addo to be taken down has been warned that he will soon be arrested by police.

According to the gentleman, he paid some unknown people $1,000 to vandalize the statue, which has now been completely destroyed.

Ghanaians woke up Monday to news that the statue of President Nana Akufo-Addo that has been erected near the Effia Nkwanta Government Hospital had been destroyed. The statue had been pulled down and completely destroyed with its head taken off its body.
While some people have expressed happiness over the destruction of the statue, some have condemned those who did it for being disrespectful.
Meanwhile, one guy claims he’s the one behind the destruction of the statue.
