A video showing the no-makeup face of social media sensation, Serwaa Prikels aka Nana Ama McBrown’s ‘rival’ sparked a social media battle between fans and detractors of the popular actress.

The video, which GhanaCelebrities.Com spotted on social media, showed Serwaa – the alleged partner of McBrown’s ex Maxwell Mensah – receiving a complete makeover from a makeup artist.

The process begins with Prikels’ complete no makeup face and continues with her receiving her pretty makeover and how her face ends up looking.

Considering actresses and public figures are never seen in public without multiple layers of makeup covering their face, Serwaa received praise for being brave to share her natural face.

The video had nothing to do with McBrown, however, some comments passed by McBrown’s detractors led her fans to jump into the comments, sparking a war.

One popular comment said Serwaa’s natural beauty explains why Maxwell chose her over McBrown, while others insisted McBrown is far prettier than she is.
