‘Okomfour Kwadee’s Health Worsened After He Was Taken From Rehab’ – Kwaku Manu Reveals

Recent videos circulating online have shown Ghanaian musician Okomfour Kwadee in a worrying state, raising concerns about his well-being. In response, actor Kwaku Manu has shed light on what led to Kwadee’s current condition, blaming his management for neglecting his prescribed treatment after his release from rehab.

According to Kwaku Manu, Kwadee’s family and management first took him to a rehabilitation center when his health started getting worse. After a period of treatment his family took him out without consulting the rehab center’s owner.

“After he left the rehab, his management started taking him to perform at shows. They didn’t even return to thank the woman who helped him. It wasn’t long before he started lashing out at journalists during interviews. His management and the people around him weren’t following the prescribed treatment. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was allowed to smoke after he left rehab. That was when he started losing his senses,” Kwaku Manu stated.

During the tough times, the rehab center owner took care of him. Even though his family helped, the woman handled most of the bills. After Kwadee became stable, he would sometimes drive the woman around.”
The actor lamented how people shifted the blame onto the rehab center’s owner after Kwadee’s situation worsened. “Some people, without knowing the full story, went as far as accusing the woman of using Kwadee as a driver and insulting her,” he added.
