Speaking during the press conference, Kissi Agyebeng said Ofori-Atta’s lawyers have claimed that he is invalid and cannot travel but the office did not buy that explanation.
According to him per their investigations, Ofori-Atta is not in a state where he cannot travel but he’s simply attempting to use his health as an excuse to escape questioning.
Kissi Agyebeng also denied reports that the military raided Ofori-Atta’s house, calling it an operation by the former Minister himself in an effort to court public sympathy.
