Now We Can Boast of a Fine Handsome Man as President – Netizens React as Video of Mahama Arriving for 2025 SONA Hits Social Media

A video of Ghana’s President, John Dramani Mahama, arriving for his first State of the Nation’s Address (SONA) at Parliament House in Accra, has sparked hilarious responses on social media.

Ghanaians praised Mahama for his sharp dressing and handsome features, while at the same time, throwing shade at the previous President.

President Mahama in a video shared by blogger GhHyper, is seen arriving for his SONA. Mahama, before entering the chamber, inspected a guard of honor by the Ghana Navy.

Following the inspection, the President proceeded to the chamber of Parliament where he delivered his first State of the Nation address.

Reacting to the video of Mahama’s arrival, netizens heaped praises on him.

“Most handsome President in Africa,” one user wrote.

Another said: “At least now I can boast of a fine handsome man as a president❤️🙌”

President John Dramani Mahama replaced Nana Akufo-Addo on January 7th, 2025, after eight years in office by the previous leader.

In his maiden SONA, President Mahama pledged to tackle most of the country’s challenges including education, jobs and employment, corruptin, and illegal mining, popularly known as galamsey.
