Harrell, who doubles as a pastor, according to his LinkedIn account, attacked the teen boy, who lives in his neighborhood, for riding his bike on sidewalks or roads.
A video of the incident taking from CCTV footage shows Harrell, driving in a white van, stopping the 14-year-old, whose mother has identified him as Jordan, while riding his bike.
Harrell was furious with Jordan and complained over always seeing him riding in the neighborhood. The boy was apologetic and attempted defusing the situation but Harrell was not to be placated.
The camera footage then shows him coming out of his van and pushing Jordan onto the ground. He then punches him in the face, although luckily the boy had a helmet on.
All this while, Jason Harrell is heard screaming obscenities at the kid: “stay out of (the) road or I’ll kill you,”

Jordan suffered a busted lip from the attack and was left in pain. Indianapolis Metro PD arrested Harrell and charged him with Intimidation with threat to commit a forcible felony and Two counts of battery resulting in bodily injury (Class A Misdemeanors).
Jordan’s mother Britney Schwitzke shared the video of the incident on her Facebook. “This grown a** man in our neighborhood Heatherwood Estates assaulted Jordan today for riding his bike in the neighborhood,” she said. “His company is Jay Harrells plumbing and he’s supposed to be a pastor. His wife Tami Harrell (Long) works for the city and has threatened to hit him with her car before,”
Britney added that Jason was (luckily) arrested and jailed before her husband Tyler returned.
Jason Harrell, according to his LinkedIn, is a co-founder of the Church Without Walls. He also claims to be an evangelist and comedian. He started Jay Harrell Plumbing in 2019.
Following his incident going viral, his business has been review bombed on Yelp.
“Terrible human being. I wouldn’t be anywhere near this person, especially if you have children. He bullies and beats little boys, got arrested for it. Take your business elsewhere,” the top rated one-star review of many on his business’s Yelp page read.
