Gospel musician Diana Asamoah is of the view that if the people of Ghana think the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is a benevolent political party, they should stop complaining and join them.

She was responding to claims that she has been given a house and a car by the current government for her support of the party over the years.
However, she did not confirm or deny the allegations.
“When I sing do you also sing? So you are eating from what you do so why won’t you leave me to also eat from what I do? She quoted Isaiah 55:1-24 to back herself and why she needs to be eating from what they do,” she said.
You people claim the NPP government has made things hard for the country but you also claim they have given me a house and a car.
So you know that they are benevolent and you have refused to join them so that you can get yours? If you see them as benevolent enough then leave the NDC and join the NPP so that we can develop Ghana together,” she added.
