Speaking in an interview with Razak Ghana, she disclosed that she has been making and selling charcoal, a business that has proven to be highly lucrative.
According to her, she had no choice but to turn to the charcoal trade after her marriage collapsed. Despite initial challenges, she embraced the business wholeheartedly and has been reaping significant financial rewards.
She stated confidently that within a few months of working in the trade, she has been able to earn between GH₵1,500 and GH₵2,500 per week, an amount she believes many office workers may not make in similar timeframes.
“Many people look down on businesses like this, but the truth is, it pays more than sitting comfortably in an air-conditioned office. I never imagined I would be in this line of work, but I have no regrets because it has been financially rewarding,” she shared.
