Ever since he became a viral sensation, some worried fans expressed worry over his massive weight despite being only 23 years. Some people advised him to limit his intake of food and replaced his “banku” with lighter meals like fruits and vegetables to stay healthy.
They advised him to also workout in order to lose his belly fat because he was too young to have a pot belly.
Oheneba Jude who is known for eating huge amounts of food especially ‘banku’ became a viral sensation when he appeared on the Showtime Show on Onua TV hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown.
He won the hearts of the audience with his bubbly personality. During the show, Jude shared a huge bowl of fufu with soup and assorted meat with the media personality.
While he used his fame to bag several ambassadorial deals, some people feel he is setting himself up for kidney and other dangerous diseases if he doesn’t take good care of himself.
Well, it seems the Jude has finally decided to heed to the advice and take proper care of himself.
In the viral video, he was seen working out with an elliptical machine, sweating heavily as he focused on his workout. Despite his efforts, some people feel he will backslide and go back to his bad eating habits.
