The Member of Parliament for Jomoro in the Western Region of Ghana, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, has taken social media by storm with a new car, a Rolls Royce Cullinan.

In a video spotted by GhanaCelebrities.com, Toffey, who is the mother of singer-songwriter Fantana, is seen coming out to her new luxury car singing and jamming to Shallipopi’s single, Laho.

Her daughter, Fantana, is behind the camera, laughing over her mother’s happiness over her new acquisition, which is a Rolls Royce Cullinan.
Fantana captioned the video: “This lady won’t let this song rest. She said her new name is Miss Culi,”
Dorcas Toffey is a Ghanaian businesswoman and politician who is the Member of Parliament for Jomoro in the Western Region. Toffey first won her seat in 2020 when she defeated the incumbent MP, garnering over 55% of the vote. She was reelected to the seat in the just-ended 2024 elections.
