In an open letter addressed to Prof. Oquaye, Afia Schwarzenegger, whose real name is Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, accused the respected academic and politician of being complicit in the spread of misleading information about the elections. She stated that while the allegations remain unproven, he should take steps to address them before they escalate further.

“Please understand that these are just allegations at this point, and I wanted to make sure you are aware of the situation so you can address it promptly,” her letter read. However, the tone quickly shifted as she added, “You are too old to be in someone’s pocket, especially a certain Gabby.”
Afia further hinted that the issue would be discussed on her social media platform, Political Police, scheduled to air at 7 AM on TikTok, where she promised to delve deeper into the matter.
The letter, which has since gone viral, sparked mixed reactions among netizens. While some supported Afia Schwarzenegger’s call for transparency, others dismissed her claims, suggesting that Prof. Oquaye would not engage with her accusations. One notable comment read, “Do you think he will come down to the level of a commoner like you?”
