Kenneth ‘Kenny’ Moore, the owner of Ken’s Tree & Debris LLC, a tree cutting service in Kittanning PA, has been identified as one of two victims of a gruesome shooting in Armstrong County. Two people were killed Wednesday morning following a shooting in the 100 block of Shaffer Lane in Washington Township around 2:40 a.m. Kittanning police were called to the scene and found two deceased individuals.
