A Ghanaian newspaper, the High Street Journal, reports that the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has frozen the bank accounts of businessman, Richard Nii Armah Quaye. The Journal reports that the freeze is related to tax discrepancies in Quaye’s tax returns, with his returns reportedly not aligning with his alleged assets.
