Fire destroys over 100 structures at Kantamanto Around 1 am this morning, Thursday 2nd January 2025, a fire broke out in the Kantamanto market area, destroying about 100 stores. According to the Ghana National Fire Service, 13 fire vehicles were sent throughout Accra to put out the early-morning fire close to the Ghana Commercial Bank. Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported. On-scene firefighters reported that they had successfully contained the fire.
