National Drug and Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) last week for attempted drug smuggling. The student, identified as Osei Parker Darren Hazekia, was arrested with over 19.4 kilos of a high-grade strain of cannabis informally known as ‘loud’, while attempting to transit through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Abuja.
