In a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.Com, the unidentified content creator alleged that residents of the Ashanti Region are more in love with their party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), than they are with development.

She opined that no matter the level of development Dr. Amoakohene carries out in the region, the Asante locals will never give him credit for the simple fact that he is a member of the opposition National Democratic Congress.
The controversial content creator advised the Minister to do the best he can to help the region but not to go above and beyond in his zeal.
The video comes after a recent furor at the Adum Blue Light Market. Asawase MP and Interior Minister, Muntaka Mubarak, was hooted at and driven away after attempting to donate large quantities of rice and cooking oil to victims of the recent Adum market fire. The minister was sacked, with the traders claiming they need building materials and not food. Critics has said the action is a demonstration of the Ashanti Region’s hostility towards the NDC government.
