According to a 3News investigation, Agyapong owns at least three properties in the vicinity of New Jersey, where Anas filed his defamation case against the former Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP).
The properties include a West Orange residence worth over $1m, a Newwark property acquired in 2005 for $490,000, and an East Orange property acquired in 2005 for $365,000. The latter two are likely to be worth much more in the present day.
Aside from his U.S. properties, which are just a portion of his overall asset holdings and net worth, Kennedy Agyapong has stated that he owns over 147 properties in Accra, Kumasi, and Tema, most of which he rents out. Agyapong is also the owner of several media and real estate holdings including Gold Coin Communication, The National Newspaper, KenCity Media (Spice FM, Ashh FM, Oman FM, Net2 TV), and the Hollywood Shopping Center.
According to the 3news investigation, Agyapong’s net worth is between $120m to $400m. Ken has personally stated that his net worth exceeds $400m.
Agyapong’s assets and properties are trending after he lost his defamation case against Anas.
The former NPP presidential candidate, who is expected to run for President once again in 2028, has been ordered to pay the investigative journalist $18 million in damages for defaming him.
